Elite Model Look Nigeria is been organised by BETH Model Management Africa. Elizabeth Isiorho-Aisien  is the CEO and Founder of Beth Model.
In 2007, BETH became the proud representative of Elite Modeling Agency and the Elite Model Look Competition in Nigeria.
Created in 1983, the Elite Model Look contest has become the largest glamorous and prestigious model search in the world. It is an essential form of scouting for Elite’s 37 worldwide agencies. The contest gives the agencies’ managers the opportunity to evaluate their contestants and give them a chance to launch successful careers as professional models.
Each year, and in over 80 countries, local organizers, strictly recruited by Elite, set up regional and national contests, in which some 350,000 applicants take part.
The list of top models who have participated in the Elite Model Look contest includes Cindy Crawford, Elaine Irwin, Tatjana Patitz, Stéphanie Seymour, Karen Mulder, Ines Sastre, Gisele Bundchen, Ingrid Seynhaeve, Natalia Semanova, Yfke Sturm, Mini Anden, Irina Bondarenko, Raïca Oliveira and Alessandra Ambrosio, among others.

The Grand Finale of Elite Model Look Nigeria 2014 with 20 Contestants (10 Females and 10 Males). With a grand price of $5,000 each (Female and Male winner)  and will represent Nigeria in the global edition of the contest with the chance of winning $150,000.
The judges for the event comprised of well known fashion personalities such as Declan Eytan (Vogue Italia), Bola Balogun (CEO Glam Networks), Kelechi Amadi-Obi (Fashion Photographer), Lola Maja (CEO Sacred Beauty), Agbani Darego (1st Black African Miss World), Taofeek Okoya (Fashion Entrepreneur) and Shakeel Akram (the Senior Marketing Manager of PepsiCo International).
It was a night of music, style and fashion as the contestants rocked the runway in different outfits by top class local and international designers like; (Women’s Wear) Andrea Iyama, Agbani Darego (AD), GREY, Iconic Invanity, Mimi Lee London, Belois Couture, Yutee Rone  /  (Men’s Wear) Tzar, Okunoren Twins, Sanusi Lagos, Sisiano, Taryor Gabriels.
